Founded in 2003, QZ&WD Law Firm was established through the strategic merger of Jiangxi Qiuzheng Law Firm and Jiangxi Wode Law Firm, growing into a large-scale, specialized and innovative law firm. The firm operates 6 branch offices in Nanchang County, Ji'an, Ganjiang New District, Yichun, Pingxiang and Ganzhou, as well as an overseas office in Kuwait. It currently has over 230 practicing lawyers (including more than 170 at the head office) and nearly 100 legal support staff. More than half of the lawyers hold doctoral or master’s degrees with profound professional legal backgrounds. The firm’s decision-making body consists of 11 senior partners.

The firm established a Party branch in 2004, upgraded to a general Party branch in October 2018, and further elevated to a Party committee in March 2021, now with more than 80 Party member lawyers.

The firm has been awarded honors such as "National Outstanding Law Firm", "National Outstanding Youth Rights Protection Post" and "Jiangxi Outstanding Law Firm". Its Party organization has received titles including "Advanced Party Organization in National Legal Industry" and "Grassroots Advanced Party Organization in Jiangxi Legal Industry", and has been designated as a "Party Building Demonstration Site" by the Jiangxi Department of Justice. Many individual lawyers have been recognized as "National Outstanding Lawyer", "Advanced Party Member in National Legal Industry", "National Advanced Individual in Public Legal Service" and "National Outstanding Legal Advisor".
