Yuansheng Wang

Wang Yuansheng graduated from Nanchang University with a Bachelor of Laws degree. His highest academic credential is a postgraduate diploma from the Party School of CPC Jiangxi Provincial Committee. He passed the National Lawyer Qualification Examination with outstanding results in 1999 and commenced his legal practice in 2000. He is currently a full-time attorney and Senior Partner at Jiangxi QZ&WD Law Firm.

Attorney Wang joined the Communist Party of China in 1998. He currently holds multiple social posts: Member of the Party Committee of CPC Jiangxi Lawyers Association; Standing Director of Jiangxi Medical Doctor Association; Executive Deputy Director of the Working Committee for Directly-Affiliated Firms under Jiangxi Lawyers Association; Special Supervisor of Jiangxi Provincial Supervision Department; Third-party Evaluation Expert for the handling of deputies’ proposals to Jiangxi Provincial People’s Congress; Part-time Master’s Supervisor at the Law School of Nanchang University; Member of the Legal Service Volunteer Group for Letters and Visits Work of Jiangxi Province; Member of the Legal Advisory Group Serving Mass Entrepreneurship under Jiangxi Provincial Department of Justice; Part-time Arbitrator of Jiangxi Labor Dispute Arbitration Commission and Nanchang Arbitration Commission. He once served as guest host for legal programs on Jiangxi TV, Jiangxi People’s Radio Station and Nanchang People’s Radio Station. He devotes himself actively to public welfare, acting as a volunteer lawyer for the Community Legal Service Group of Jiangxi Lawyers Association and Jiangxi Migrant Workers Rights Protection Center.
