Xiaobin Deng

Deng Xiaobin holds a Bachelor of Laws from Nanchang University. He has practiced law since 2000 and once worked as a government public lawyer. At present, he serves as legal counsel to the Political and Legal Affairs Commission of CPC Nanchang Municipal Committee, judicial supervisor of people’s courts, member of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference Donghu District Committee of Nanchang, director of Nanchang Youth Legal Talents Association, arbitrator of Nanchang Arbitration Commission, and member of the Administrative Law Professional Committee of Jiangxi Lawyers Association.

He has acted as perennial legal counsel for more than 80 enterprises, public institutions and government authorities. His core practice areas cover finance, real estate, corporate legal affairs, corporate investment, corporate merger, acquisition and restructuring. He possesses solid theoretical legal knowledge and abundant practical experience in case handling. He has been interviewed many times by mainstream media including Jiangxi Daily, Jiangnan Metropolis Daily, Information Daily and Jiangxi TV Station. He previously worked as guest host for the program Daily Legal Commentary on Jiangxi Radio Station and expert consultant for the "12348" legal consultation hotline operated by Nanchang Bureau of Justice.

Owing to outstanding work performance, he has received annual commendations from judicial and administrative authorities and the title of Advanced Individual in Comprehensive Management of Public Security. Cases undertaken by him were honored as High-quality Cases in the Provincial Legal Livelihood Project by judicial administrative organs. Selected as a lawyer representative by the Political and Legal Affairs Commission of CPC Nanchang Municipal Committee, he participated in municipal case review work involving public security, procuratorate, court and judicial departments. He has made remarkable contributions to advancing the rule of law construction in Jiangxi Province.
