He has represented major financial institutions such as Jiangxi Branches of China Construction Bank, ICBC and Bank of China in numerous lawsuits. He has resolved high-value civil and commercial disputes involving enterprises, financial institutions and real estate developers, with over 20 cases claiming more than RMB 10 million in dispute value. He also undertakes complex appeal and enforcement matters, with a high reversal rate in second-instance trials, fully safeguarding clients’ legitimate rights and interests through rigorous legal expertise.
In non-litigation practice, Mr. Liu has delivered dedicated legal services for multiple listed enterprises including Gannan Guoye, Jiangxi Cement, Xinxin Co., Ganfeng Lithium and Renhe Pharmaceutical for IPOs, share issuance, rights issues, private placements, mergers and acquisitions. He assisted Jiangxi Copper and other firms in property right definition, and provided full-spectrum legal support for nearly 100 entities including Xinyu Iron & Steel and Jiangxi Energy Group covering asset restructuring, investment, financing and M&A.
His portfolio also includes urban investment bonds, short-term financing bills and medium-term notes, full legal services for urban complex development, and counsel work for microcredit and guarantee firms. He advised on the establishment of private banks, state-owned enterprise policy-based bankruptcies and corporate liquidations. He acted as bankruptcy administrator for prominent local enterprises including Jiangxi Polyester Factory and Shishang Operation Company, presiding over landmark special liquidation procedures in Jiangxi.
